It has been instilled into Heartland Natural gas's principles that it is better to deliver bad news to the client rather than the other way around. For that reason, it is imperative for Heartland Natural Gas to clearly understand the customer's goals and reasoning. If conditions change and the expected result does not look like it will be attained, the Heartland Natural Gas Representative will proactively reach out to the customer to communicate with them.
